Karolina (Sensing Circle) and I are excited to present the sacral heart retreat circle on March 7th (location will follow at subscription)  ❤︎

Through yoga, massage and astral journeying, we'll reforge and reinforce our connection with our heart centre and bring it in connection with our sacral chakra in this sacred space of connection with ourselves, each other and all that is.

Walk-in from 12:45 and starting 13:00 till about 18:00 (really try to be there at 13 so everybody can get the fullest out of the ceremony).

Please bring:
- a piece of rose quartz (if you want, it could be very powerful to bring a rose quartz yoni egg)
- a bottle of water
- (vegan) snacks
- comfortable clothes and socks that also make you feel sensual
- something to put on the altar that represents feminine connection for you 
- yourself ;)
